To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space, please follow these steps before leaving: 1. Trash – Dispose of all trash in designated bins. 2. Dishes – Load and start the dishwasher (if used). 3. Linens & Towels – Place used towels in one spot. No need to strip beds. 4. Furniture & Décor – Return to original placement if moved. 5. Personal Items – Double-check for belongings. 6. Doors & Windows – Ensure all are closed and locked.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
