Venue is the second floor of a former JC Penney building that has been transformed into a creative work and meeting space by day and event venue afterhours. The building features exposed brick and ceilings and tons of daylight, as well as a panoramic window views into the first floor below. Venue provides more than 1,000 square feet of modern industrial space that's perfect for classes, seminars, off-sites, screenings, trainings, meetups, networking events, and more. Please note that we are unable to accommodate celebratory events (parties, receptions, etc) and faith-based gatherings at this time. Venue offers plenty of free parking, blazing-fast WiFi, clean restrooms, and host on site. It features a large stage with projection, sound, and lighting for presentations. Venue can accommodate up to 30 guests classroom-style and up to 60 guests theater-style, with tables and chairs provided. Several meeting rooms are available for use as overflow/staging/breakout space at additional hourly charge. Venue is available evenings (beginning at 6:30pm) and weekends only. Weekday bookings are possible if a full-day buyout is desired and if the event meets certain other criteria. Use of the space for production of photography, video, film, podcast, or other recorded media must be disclosed and approved at least seven (7) days in advance and may be subject to additional costs and requirements, such as proof of insurance and a supplemental agreement.

Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place, including periodic sanitizing of high-touch surfaces. 100% of our employees are vaccinated against COVID-19. Face masks, physical distancing, and temperature checks are no longer required and are entirely at the discretion of the event host.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
