Event Space Beautiful Loft located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. This historic industrial building is perfect for a gallery / events / photoshoots. Our space hosts art gallery showcases, music events, pop-ups, birthdays, celebrations etc. Concrete floors and white walls make this a versatile space perfect for any occasion. Art work, wall decor and furniture can be taken down previously upon request to bring any vision to life. Brick walls and modern spiral staircase provide a unique and stylish look that will shine in pictures. Modern appliances and marble countertops compliment the loft and its aesthetic. Whether you’re hosting a small, intimate or large event, our 1200 square feet spacious venue provides endless possibilities. Smoking is allowed inside the venue. Plenty of nearby parking options. Tattoo equipment also available inside.

Space is throughly cleaned and disinfected in between bookings. Professional cleaners come every week to ensure a safe environment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
