Though our space is newly renovated with sleek, industrial-chic design, Loloft is part of a growing movement to redefine how and where professionals work. “Loloft” stands for “Local Office,” and our mission is to empower remote workers, small teams, and creatives with flexible, scalable workspaces without the overhead of a traditional lease. The Neighborhood Located just steps from the vibrant brick-lined streets of downtown Rogers, our space is surrounded by locally loved coffee shops, artisan boutiques, and an eclectic mix of eateries. Take a midday walk through nearby Frisco Park or explore the charm of the Downtown Rogers Farmers Market when in season. This area strikes a perfect balance between small-town warmth and entrepreneurial energy, making it ideal for focused work or creative collaboration. Logistics The space features an open, versatile layout ideal for coworking sessions, meetings, workshops, and pop-up events. Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple flex desks, private phone booths, conference rooms, and lounge seating. We offer a modular setup, with tables and chairs that can be reconfigured to suit your event or work style. Parking is convenient and free, with ample street parking available and several public lots within walking distance. The space is fully accessible via a secure entry system, and guests will receive access details prior to their booking. Special Rates We proudly support local nonprofits and community organizations with discounted rates upon request. Planning a larger gathering? Bookings that exceed 20 attendees may be subject to additional fees to ensure proper staffing and support. We also offer tiered pricing based on day, time, and usage type—so whether you’re booking a weekday brainstorm or a weekend workshop, you’ll only pay for what you need. Past Bookings We've hosted a wide range of professionals and organizations, including local startups, regional networking groups, and national brands like Walmart suppliers and tech meetups. Our space has been used for everything from strategy sessions and investor pitches to creative photo shoots and wellness events.

Health and Safety Measures

We have janitorial services for both the building and post event clean up. We expect you to treat the space in the same manner that you would treat your home and restore it back to the way it was received following your event concluding.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
