About the Space

Clucky Farm Studios is our creative home, and we want to share it with you. Yes, our professional soundstage is located on a real hobby farm with goats and chickens. Only minutes north of Burbank - you get the peace and quiet of rural living with the convenience of still being in LA county! The space is 24 x 36 feet - including: -a giant backdrop -lots of lighting and camera equipment -full bathroom with shower and toilet -air conditioning -easy-to-use sound system with Alexa, USB or Bluetooth connections -grand piano -pinball machine This space has been used for countless music videos, photoshoots, and even a wedding. We make sure to thoroughly clean the inside of the studio and bathroom in between bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
