This modern and luxurious architectural home is situated in a prime location adjacent to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The contemporary open layout is designed to fit all your production needs. The entire living room opens to the backyard with five pocket doors that allows the living space to flow seamlessly outdoors into a backyard featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi, waterfall and outdoor lounge area with a fire pit and video projector. The kitchen is the center feature of the house, offering a perfect location for cooking videos, gourmet demos, commercials or social media blogging. Floor to ceiling 11ft. glass walls allow natural light to flood the living space during the day and a stunning view of the professional landscape illuminated at night. An oversized bedroom suite, with a spa inspired bathroom and a giant walk in closet with plenty of natural light and stunning sunsets is also available upstairs. An audio system covers the entire house. Top-of-the-line designer fixtures and finishes can be found throughout. Professional Film Grip and Lighting gear available upon request. Professional Makeup Artist available upon request.

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is included in the hourly rate if house is left the same way it was found before the shoot. Furniture and artwork needs to be back in place, trash in the big trash bins outside, no stains in furniture. Photos of the interior and exterior of the home are taken prior to arrival and after departure. Production will be responsible for any broken or missing items and for paint touchups on walls and doors if scratched.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
