Spaces are ideal for training sessions and professional meetings. The training room accommodates up to 15 people, while the conference room seats up to 8 at the table, making it perfect for both attorneys needing to conduct Legal Depositions and doctor meetings. A waiting lobby, seating up to 8 comfortably, is also available. High speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs are provided upon request for added convenience. The office is located in a professional shopping plaza with ample well-lit public parking. Our tenants appreciate the complimentary coffee and the cleanliness of the facility. We are proud to offer flexible rental rates—hourly, daily, and weekly—making us one of the only facilities in Palm Bay, Florida, to provide such options.

The office space is maintained and cleaned daily, or as needed, to ensure a spotless environment. A professional cleaner visits once a day to take out the trash, clean the bathrooms, and wipe down all counters and tables, ensuring a clean and comfortable space for all tenants.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
