Cleaning Fee Policy A standard cleaning fee covers basic sanitation and resetting of the space after your booking. However, guests are expected to leave the space in a reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if: Excessive trash or spills require deep cleaning. Furniture or items are not returned to their original positions. Dishes, kitchenware, or other used items are left uncleaned. Glitter, confetti, or other hard-to-clean materials are used without prior approval. If the space is left in a condition requiring extra cleaning beyond the standard service, an additional fee will be charged. Please respect the space so we can continue offering a great experience for all guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
