Our space is a modern industrial flex space that offers 2 full bath rooms & 1 half restroom , we have it set up as an upscale lounge but we are open to switch it for any occasion. Our space is perfect for private parties , business gatherings , anniversary’s. We are walking distance from the frost center , our space would be perfect to reserve before or after attending an event around the downtown area! we can comfortably seat 25+ people and can fit over 100 people comfortably , we offer bartending services if needed. Innov8ive also provides a safe space for the creators , if you need a private photo shoot , music video , this would be your space! We don’t offer photography/videography but can source it!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
