About the Space
We’re offering a spacious loft apartment with an open concept. There’s plenty of natural light that comes through all of the windows. Perfect for photoshoots, events such as a dinner parties, small vintage popups, etc. Every room in our space offers a different vibe. The living room is a big open space with an original textile artwork that’s perfect for a photo backdrop. It also doubles as a projector screen. Our kitchen is connected to the living room and is fully functional. The “dining room” has been outfitted as the record player listening room, which you’re able to help yourself to. You’re free to use any of our records and or bring your own to set whatever type of vibe you like (we also have Bluetooth speakers available for use). Our third bedroom doubles as our workspace, which can be outfitted to use for a photo studio, dressing room, meeting room, equipment storage, etc.

We take the time in between each booking to disinfect and thoroughly clean not only everything that’s been used by the last attendants, but all of the surfaces, dishes and door handles. We want to make sure everyone who books feels safe and comfortable in our space, so we take the time to clean to ensure that.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
