Historic Downtown Vista Village Cottage for Child-Centered Activities
About the Space
Our beautiful, historic cottage in Downtown Vista Village is set up for family-friendly events with an emphasis on children ages 0-5. We recommend using this space for children's birthday parties, home-schooling coops, Mommy & Me classes, or playdate gatherings. We even have a baby changing table and nap room! The building is 1,300 square feet with a fenced in back yard that is an additional 1,200 square feet and a fenced-in front yard this is about 600 square feet. We have a small refrigerator and industrial sink as well in our small, 8x4 kitchenette. What makes this venue unique is it's location in the Historic Vista Village and it's proximity to many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that are within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
