About the Space
Lovely apartment and garden in the thriving Alberta Arts District. This basement in-law apartment is modern, wonderfully located and tastefully decorated. The radiant heat keeps you warm and cozy in the winter. The newly refinished apartment has smooth concrete floors, high ceilings throughout and French doors for lots of light. The back yard is perfect for some outdoor lounging in the summer. There is a hammock under the shade of a dogwood, a picnic table and a bbq grill in the summer months. There is not a full kitchen, only a kitchenette. This includes a 2-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster and mini-fridge. There is no oven or vent hood. The apartment sleeps 2 people in the queen bed or 1 person in the bed and 1 on the sofa. We have excellent WiFi and a smart tv complete with Netflix, Apple TV, Prime and HBO max!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
