About the Space
This cyc wall studio is located in central downtown Seattle. It is a very quiet, enclosed video and photo studio that is spacious enough for a small crew. Included in the space is a lobby connected to the studio, green room with a hair and make up station and mini fridge, a control room for controlling the on-grid lighting and distributing signals. The studio has internet with symmetrical 1gbps upload and download speed. The studio has a curved cyc wall that has, by default, a small green screen portion and larger white wall portion. The cyc can be painted upon request and additional fees. We will have a facility manager with you during your booking unless otherwise discussed to help with any equipment or questions.

Before every booking, our team performs a thorough cleaning to prepare the space for guests. This includes: -General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors to ensure a spotless environment. -Dusting: All surfaces, including tables, shelves, windowsills, and light fixtures, are carefully dusted. -Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied, and fresh liners are applied. After each booking, we follow a meticulous cleaning routine to restore the space: -Carpets are vacuumed. -Spot Cleaning: Any spots, spills, or stains are addressed immediately to prevent damage to furniture or flooring. -Sanitization: All high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, etc.) are disinfected. -Trash Removal: All garbage is removed and replaced with fresh liners. -Furniture Reset: Furniture is restored to its original setup, ensuring the space is organized and tidy for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
