The space The home offers large screen smart televisions, popular board games and total comfort for your leisurely needs. Guest access The entire home is available for guests Pool heating: I charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees if requested. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. From November through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Please note, the pool will not be heated during the summer due to high outdoor temperatures. Other things to note If you’re interested in car rental or even in renting a property in Tolleson, Scottsdale, Chandler, or Phoenix, please let us know. We have private car rental as well as other Airbnb properties. All of our homes showcase local art from artists and artisans. Enhanced Cleaning Protocols The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected following local health authority guidelines. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected between each stay. Soft, porous materials are either properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Bookings are spaced apart to allow time for deep cleaning. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
