About Chesapeake Wine Company

Chesapeake Wine Co is a 2600 square foot Wine & Spirits Shoppe. Nestled in the historic American Can Company, it embraces industrial ceilings and old brick. Accented with twinkle lights, upcycled fixtures from other Charm City gems, and a gorgeous 8x8 suspended flower wall. The walls are lined with a curated selection of wine, spirits and retail. The front glass doors and giant glass sliding door allow for plenty of natural light and can be easily opened to the brick patio. Equipped with a center round bar with seating, kitchenette and pizza oven. Other seating includes: 2 lounge spaces with sofas and chairs, multiple bistro tables, wine barrel tables, and a bicycle table; all of which can be reformatted. The space has 2 TVs and 2 unisex restrooms. Perfect for any gathering, meeting, or special event. Capacity is 100 inside and 25 outside. Parties of 70+ people will require the bottle shoppe being closed to the public. In order to close to the public, there must be a minimum spend over the time of the event. The minimum spend is dependent on the day and time of day of the event. If the event host chooses to have their guests supplement the spend by starting tabs for food/beverage and the minimum spend is not met, the event host will be charged the difference as a room/service fee. All tabs subject to 20% large party gratuity.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
