About Denim & Lace Studio
Brought to life by two local photographers, Denim & Lace Studio is a 720 sq ft. open concept studio - perfect for photo sessions, yoga classes, meetings, etc. Thanks to its gorgeous studio length windows, the space features ample natural light. Renters will have access to props, bluetooth speaker, and moveable furniture pieces including a moses basket bassinet. The studio houses a triple backdrop pulley system, as well as a flexible bedroom, sofa, and workspace vignettes. Easy access from the street allows renters to bring in what they would like to use within the space. Renters may utilize the changing area within the studio, or utilize the restroom located just in the hallway though the interior door. Blocks away from local coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment in the city of Martinsville, this makes for the perfect meeting point for clients and friends alike to get creative and share in fellowship. *If you're booking for a photo session, book only once you've secured your photographer.*

Our space is thoroughly cleaned prior to the bookings for the day. Should any incidents occur please contact us so that we can take the proper measures before the next renter for the day.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
