The space provides a clean backdrop for a variety of uses - ideal for photoshoots, video productions, workshops, fitness classes, corporate events, birthdays and private gatherings. The main studio space is over 3,000sqft of open space. When you open the front door, you walk into the smaller studio, approximately 700sqft in size. A convenient loading dock allows for seamless equipment load-in, and ample parking is available right out front. Whether you’re hosting a film shoot, corporate event, product launch, workshop, or private gathering, this dynamic space offers the perfect blend of functionality and space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
