We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and worry-free experience. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Thorough Sanitization – All high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, chairs, equipment) are disinfected before and after each booking. Deep Cleaning – The conference room is professionally cleaned daily, including floors, restrooms, and all common areas. Sanitizer Stations – Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and within the room for your convenience. Private Restroom Maintenance – Our private restrooms are cleaned and restocked regularly with soap, paper towels, and other essentials.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
