This colonial-style home was built around 1900 and is located smack dab in the heart of the green oasis that is West Orange in Essex County. Many architectural aspects of this home reference its turn-of-the-century construction. I have fashioned the house as a “cozy cottage” and it can easily function as a location for film and photoshoots. It is walking distance to the Thomas Edison National Historical Park and less than a 10 minute drive to Eagle Rock Reservation, with an NYC skyline view. Downtown Montclair is also less than 10 minutes away. NYC is a 35 min drive away.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
