Modern Kitchenette: Ideal for catering setups, coffee breaks, or light refreshments. Custom Lighting & Acoustics: Our studio features professional acoustic treatment and customizable LED lighting for high-quality audio and visual production. Free Parking: Enjoy complimentary street parking and secure garage access. Security Cameras: For your safety and the protection of equipment, cameras are installed in studio areas only (never in private areas). We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a professional and comfortable experience. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with a focus on high-touch surfaces such as equipment, tables, seating, door handles, and shared spaces. We use EPA-approved disinfectants and maintain proper ventilation throughout the space. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for guest use, and our team follows consistent sanitizing procedures to keep the environment fresh and hygienic. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
