About the Space
The space can be used to perform audio and video recordings. If you don't have your own audio engineer, one can be provided for $20/hr. The room is acoustically treated and can also be used for band rehearsals, listening parties, and small gatherings that require music. The space includes a modern recording workstation with a Mac computer, dual monitors, audio interface, and Yamaha monitors. PA speakers van be setup for listening parties and small gatherings upon request.

The space is deep cleaned daily. After rach booking all surface are wiped down and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
