Smooth concrete floors, one wall is all floor to ceiling windows, wall wall is covered in potted plants, there is a full shelf running the length of a wall to set up food trays and such. There is one well kept restroom in the space as well. Music system with speakers installed. Dimmable lighting. Stairs and elevator access to second floor.

Our space gets cleaned daily while it is in use for our personal company, but when it is rented out for an event or photoshoot, we hire a professional cleaning service after each rent out
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
