Entertainment & Ambiance: Roku TV available for ambient visuals and music and aromatherapy diffuser provided to enhance the sensory experience • Relaxation Nook: Cozy chaise lounge chair. • Flexible Setup: Additional chairs and tables available upon request. • Private Entrance: Separate outdoor access with a secure keypad. • Convenient Amenities: Access to a private restroom and kitchenette for light snacks and drinks. LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY: Located in a gated community with 2 visitor parking spaces inside the gates and ample free street parking. Please note: The home is near an active train track, so there may be occasional train horn noise. However, it is brief and typically not disruptive. We believe in embracing the rhythm of life, and previous users have found it to be a minor and short-lived occurrence once aware. The community itself is located in East River /EaDo near I-10 E and Waco minutes from Downtown, Midtown and the Heights. Please note: The secondary room downstairs and the upstairs portion of the home are private and are not included in the rental. This tranquil sanctuary offers the perfect balance of functionality and ambiance for wellness practitioners looking to serve clients in a professional yet intimate setting. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space will be cleaned and disinfected prior to each booking appointment. The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. If the space is not in the same condition as it was when rented, the renter will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take good care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Accessories and furniture can be rearranged to fit your needs. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, ect) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
