The Wren Room is a great space to host your next event! Tables and chairs are available as part of the hire package. The centre also boasts of modern kitchen facilities, access to fast reliable internet and access to beautiful green surroundings – right next to Southern Park and opposite a playground. Please note that this is taken separately to the Peerspace payment and all payment must be made in advance. Just drop us a message if you'd like to enquire! Kitchen is available for hire alongside the room (subject to availability) - £100 security deposit. £48 weekdays (£52 weekends) - £25 cleaning (£30 cleaning fee on weekends)

Health and Safety Measures
The cleaning fee is charged so that we can clean the room professionally before and after the booking to ensure top hygiene and health and safety standards. However, the client is expected to tidy the room up and remove all belongings and rubbish and place them in our bin store. The client is also expected to clear up any spillages made.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
