This expansive outdoor space comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests or more (must discuss with host), offering plenty of open area for tables, chairs, and activities. A charming gazebo is available, ideal for setting up food, drinks, or even decor. For your convenience, there is an outdoor restroom accessible to all guests. Please note, guests are not permitted inside the home at any time. Located in a quiet, well-respected neighborhood on a peaceful cul-de-sac, we kindly ask that all guests respect the property and surrounding neighbors’ spaces. This is a perfect setting for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and outdoor events!

We take pride in providing a clean and welcoming space for every rental. Our cleaning process includes: • Full Rinse and Blow Out: Before your rental time begins, the entire backyard space is thoroughly rinsed down and blown out to ensure a fresh and tidy environment. • Bathroom Sanitization: The outdoor restroom is cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies prior for your event. All surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas are properly disinfected for your safety and comfort. Our goal is to provide a spotless, well-prepared space so you and your guests can enjoy your event with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
