This railway arch has been transformed into a fully equipped Olympic weightlifting club with seven platforms. No strip lighting here: chandeliers grant a warm glow and the space is further elevated with nineteenth-century furniture, creating a unique space blending industrial with antique.
The space is ideal for Olympic weightlifting and strength training, but also works well for yoga.
The layout is open with one bathroom (no showers). The far-right corner beyond the internal wall is the only part out of bounds.
Parking is free outside, and you can even park on the front step! The overground station is just 2 minutes' walk away, and there are underground stations nearby too.
The neighborhood is bursting with Vietnamese restaurants, and there are independent shops and a well-known museum almost next door.
