We take pride in offering a sparkling clean, well-maintained space that feels like home the moment you walk in. 🧽 What You Can Expect: Professionally Cleaned Before Every Stay: Each turnover is handled by a trusted cleaning team who follows a detailed, room-by-room checklist to ensure no detail is missed. Sanitized High-Touch Surfaces: We disinfect all frequently touched areas — including door handles, light switches, remotes, countertops, and bathroom fixtures — using EPA-approved cleaning products. Fresh Linens & Towels: All bedding, blankets, pillowcases, and towels are washed with hot water and fragrance-free detergent before each new guest. Restocked Essentials: We replenish paper products, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and disinfectant wipes to ensure your stay is smooth and hygienic. Deep Cleaning Between Bookings: For multi-day breaks between bookings or after events, we schedule deeper cleanings that include steam mopping, air vent dusting, and upholstery refreshing. 🧴 Extras Upon Request: If you or your family have sensitivities to scents, allergies, or specific cleaning needs, just let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
