The Wilkie House is a luxury retreat with plush amenities & spectacular mountain views, and has been used for retreats, corporate events, reunions, yoga events, weddings, film and photo shoots. On 10 acres overlooking the valley below, the villa is nearly 6,000 sq ft, has 8 bedrooms, 2 high-end kitchens, and numerous sitting areas and photo-ready spaces: - Covered outdoor patio with fireplace; - Bedrooms (2 king & 4 queen on main 2 levels, and 1 queen room & bunk room with 6 twin beds on lower level with separate entrance) - 5.5 baths including steam shower and soaking tub - Kitchens have high-end supplies for groups up to 30 (with brands such as All Clad, Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, Mocca Master, Fellow, and more) - Hot tub with spectacular view; - Gym with Peloton Bike and weights; - Smart TV's and monitors for presentation casting and multimedia - Large gravel area for outdoor dining - Indoor dining and overnight capacity for up to 20 guests. The Wilkie House can host events up to 50 people (receptions/events/dining over 20 typically require outdoor arrangements).

After each booking the house goes through a highly intensive deep clean, where all linens are removed and inspected and cleaned offsite and fresh linens are brought in. A large staff of individuals cleans and inspects all surfaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas and the exterior.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
