About the Space
Editorial, Commercial, and Portrait studio. This space has been recently renovated and can produce any type of photo or video content you can think of. The studio has a sitting area along with a changing room and makeup vanity, all of which can be used to make some amazing shots. Backdrops, set pieces, and more are available for your production. Studio lighting and even camera equipment can be made available for an additional price. Godox ac powered strobe lights are available but new battery powered strobes and other lighting can be made available. Otherwise, c-stands and furniture are free to use. All that is asked is that care is taken when using the equipment or moving furniture as any damage will be covered at the expense of whoever uses the space. If any lighting, stands, diffusers, or other equipment is needed please notify beforehand and it will be set up and charged ready to go. For videography: please note that we are in a shared building and are close to stadiums. If you're hoping for clean sound or planning to use the space during an event, please be aware and plan accordingly. Any questions feel free to reach out, this spaced is used quite regularly and equipment is routinely tested and maintained. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
