Offered for rental is our unique mid century modern home built in 1955, complete with kidney swimming pool, exposed stone fireplace, city views, and gorgeous light throughout the day. The outdoor space boasts pool and hot tub, checkerboard paving, outdoor shower, and a fun fuchsia wall. Indoor space includes an enormous decorative fireplace, a bar, and interesting nooks in front of which one might pose. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
