Spacious professional meetings and event space. This is the perfect location for your next presentation, meeting, brainstorm, training, workshop, off-site and more! Included in this space: The main training room is 800 sq ft and is set up to accommodate 32 people seated at the tables plus 10 additional chairs. It includes internet service, projector/ screen and training tables can be reconfigured to suit your event needs, as a conference table or put away completely. Please notify us in advance if furniture needs to be reconfigured. The conference room is 306 sq ft and is set to comfortably accommodate 8 people at the conference table and has 10 chairs. The entry way is 235 sq ft includes a hot/ cold water dispenser. This space is conveniently located right off Interstate 5 in San Diego's North County coastal community, Encinitas.

Between bookings we inspect the space and clean as needed. Weekly we steam mop the space and wipe down the tables. Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
