Our space is thoroughly cleaned between every booking by a team of professional cleaners trained in enhanced protocols. All floors are vacuumed and mopped, surfaces are disinfected, and bathrooms and kitchen areas are deeply sanitized. High-touch points—like doorknobs, switches, and remotes—are wiped down with care to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. To support wellness and air quality, the home is equipped with centralized air filtration, which is especially beneficial for guests with sensitivities or allergies. Every detail is reset with intention, so you can arrive to a space that feels fresh, safe, and ready for your creative vision.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
