We clean our facility to a upstand to the standards of government guild lines, but the User and User’s guests will take great care to ensure that nothing is moved, stolen, damaged, rearranged or otherwise disturbed. At the sole discretion of Island SPACE, an additional fee may be required after an event to restore any damaged space to its condition prior to the event. Fees charged will be the actual cost to remediate the damage. To avoid this additional fee, the User must: A. Ensure that guests leave at the designated time B. Ensure there is no damage to the building or the contents C. Observe the time limit D. Bag trash and dispose off-site E. Remove all rentals and items brought on-site by the User
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
