Our sky lounge overlooks Denver and the mountains. The views are endless. With a grill, TVs and plenty of seating, this space is perfect for a party or celebration of any sort. This space is great for 40 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 20 including barstools and sofas - TVs - Wi-Fi - Indoor kitchenette including sink, microwave, and mini fridge - Outdoor kitchenette equipped with a grill and a stainless-steel ice holder Square footage Interior space- approximately 320 sq feet Exterior space- approximately 1150 sq feet Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
