Our Canton Loft is a chic, luxury, gathering space. Located in a historical building with an open floor plan of approximately 1,000 square feet, exposed ductwork, high ceilings, natural lighting, original hardwood floors, and exposed brick. We are equipped with a Sonos sound system, WiFi, private restroom and full kitchen. Aesthetically pleasing & complete with an abstract wall mural, one oversized floor mirror, four full-length mirrors, two stainless steel bar stools, one (1) 6ft stainless steel work table, a three seat sofa, coffee table, two (2) sitting chairs and a few indoor plants. The furniture is partially staged and spaced out allowing you to capture different points of interest within the studio. Our studio is perfect for intimate social gatherings including but not limited to; book club meetings, classes + workshops, interviews, podcast sessions, bridal showers, team building, networking and influencer mixers. For your convenience, we may also offer additional seating, tables and food + drink partners for an additional fee. We strive to maintain a clean environment for the comfort of all our clients. Please maintain cleanliness in the studio at all times. Cleaning up is your responsibility. We ask that you leave the studio in the same pristine condition as when you arrived. This includes disposing of any and all trash properly, clearing all items from the sink and returning any props or equipment to their original places by the end of your booking. We have a meticulous cleaning process in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Our team diligently cleans and disinfects the studio before and after each booking, paying close attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, props, and equipment. Our studio is supplied with antibacterial hand washing soap and paper towels. All common areas including the bathroom and entrances are cleaned and sanitized daily. Bookings that require significant cleaning may result in a cleaning fee of at least $100.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
