About the Space
This space provides a huge garage door opening to the parking lot. The main room space has one wall that's all white and extends to the ground which is great for photoshoots/ music videos. The high ceiling has industrial fog machines and lights along with projector for video play on the white wall is great for parties such as club nights, birthdays, bachelor/ bachelorette, graduations, baby showers, etc. There is also a two door opening for kitchen usage. Along the stair wall are 5 vertical tvs available to display a video/ flyer/ pictures for your event. There is a DJ booth upstairs with a glass window video to the main room equipped with 2 industrial club speakers and microphone. Ample parking spaces ( Do not park in front of other warehouse entrance doors or dumpsters )

Space is expected to be left the way it was before rental time. If you would like to pay $50 for the space to be cleaned up after you then that is an option. Please be curtious and generally leave space the way it was before. You are responsible for any major cleaning & damages such as paint spills, noticeable marks on the white wall, any tears, scrapes or broken items on property, clogged toilets, etc. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We are not liable for any injuries/ falls/ death/ sickness or anything pertaining to your body/ health. If any special requests are needed then please feel free to ask before your booking. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
