This private film studio has two rooms: 1. One for staging, makeup, gear, and crafty 2. One that you can prep with your chosen set (living room, bedroom, therapy office or whatever you like) before you start shooting. Sets can be swapped during your booking for multi-scene shoots without leaving the space. It’s a cost-effective setup - designed to provide multiple locations in one. Includes A/C and lighting package. Also included: prop furniture, plants, wall art, C-stands, sandbags, practical lamps and bulbs, diffusers, gaffer tape, clamps, and essential production gear.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
