About the Space
Step into a beautifully styled, light-filled row home in one of Philadelphia’s most vibrant neighborhoods—perfectly suited for photo shoots, film productions, interviews, social content, and more. We are very accommodating to film crews (we work in the industry) and are open to art department modifications to include: painting walls, adding/removing walls (we will required an engineer to take the lead on this), and bringing in props/furniture. Depending on the scope of the production, we are also open to art department walking away and leaving as is to cut down on breakdown time. There are three bedrooms upstairs that can be used for holding/HMU/wardrobe, etc as well as an unfinished basement that can house additional talent, food, etc. If needed, you can also rent the row home directly next door for more refined/updated/additional holding spaces. Located just minutes from Center City and public transit, this production-ready home is accessible and flexible for both small and mid-size crews. Whether you're filming a commercial, shooting a brand campaign, or capturing lifestyle content, this row home provides the perfect BLANK canvas. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. After each booking, the home is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it's photo-ready and production-friendly. Our cleaning process includes: - Full disinfecting of high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, counters, etc.) - Deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen areas - Freshly laundered linens and towels (if included in your shoot) - Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout - Trash removal and air circulation between bookings We also provide cleaning supplies on site (wipes, hand sanitizer, paper towels) in case you need to do any quick touch-ups during your shoot. Cleanliness is a top priority to make sure your team feels comfortable and safe while creating in our space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
