The space is filled with natural light and features large floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete floors, and beautiful modern styling. The space is perfect for small events such as gallery exhibits, seminars, small company parties, baby showers, bridal showers, etc. Additional furniture can be added on to your rental by contacting us. The space is 1,000 square feet with a completely open floor plan. The studio is street level and offers free parking right outside the entrance. There is a single private bathroom. Guests are responsible for cleaning the space at the end of their reservation. The studio is deep cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
