Full Kitchen, Hardwood Floors, Full Bathroom with shower, and Wifi included. I have a 10 x 10 white and black backdrop, 2 brand new Godox Photography lights with all accessories. Boutique furniture for staging photos and a real fireplace. 75 inch flat screen smart tv. Great for model shoots, interviews, podcast, small events, food videos, commercials, and tv shows.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
