We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures. All trash is removed between bookings, and the floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. Hand sanitizer is available on-site for guest use, and the kitchenette is wiped down and sanitized regularly. We kindly ask that guests leave the space in the same condition it was found and dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
