AV equipment is available to support your production needs—just bring your camera and your vision. Two additional breakout rooms are ideal for wardrobe changes, quiet recording areas, or gear setup and storage. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, and sink for quick snacks or catering during longer shoots. A modern, stylish restroom with bold purple accents keeps your production crew and talent comfortable throughout the day. Free parking in the spacious lot on the side and behind the building makes loading and unloading equipment hassle-free. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures. All trash is removed between bookings, and the floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. Hand sanitizer is available on-site for guest use, and the kitchenette is wiped down and sanitized regularly. We kindly ask that guests leave the space in the same condition it was found and dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
