Welcome to our serene, light-filled home located in a quiet neighborhood—ideal for wellness content, lifestyle shoots, brand content, interviews, and family portraits. Our 830 sq ft of styled shoot space includes the living room, café area, open-concept kitchen, and a covered lanai, with additional access to a peaceful green backyard. The space is thoughtfully designed to support creativity and ease, offering 10.5 ft high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling curtains, and abundant natural light pouring in through large windows. The house is brand new and styled with a modern earthy aesthetic—think white walls, warm wood finishes, natural textures, and plenty of greenery throughout. Highlights include: White couch and neutral decor for a clean, elevated look Tile floors with wood laminate for a polished yet natural feel WiFi, kitchen, and bathroom access Driveway parking We kindly ask that larger furniture pieces not be moved, but chairs and lighter items can be rearranged to suit your shoot. The space works best for small crews (max 5 people), and we maintain a no smoking / no loud music policy to preserve the peaceful environment. Whether you're capturing intimate interviews or curated brand visuals, our home is the perfect canvas for your next creative project. We take cleanliness seriously and ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed between every booking. A professional cleaning service is hired after each use to: Disinfect high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, handles, counters, etc.) Vacuum and mop all floors Wipe down all furniture and hard surfaces Sanitize the bathroom and kitchen areas Refresh linens or replace any used items (if applicable) Empty trash and air out the space for a clean, welcoming environment We are proud to use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products to maintain a safe and healthy space for you, your crew, and the planet.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
