Ybor Hive is a small community coworking space that contains a large open plan flex space (approximately 700sf). This open space works well for smaller speaking events, parties, community gatherings, and video or photography shoots. We have a separate kitchen that will be available, and a smaller meeting room for breakout space (approximately 11' x 11'). The entrance lobby is a separate space at a little over 100sf. If any of our private offices are free during your event, access to those will be possible for an additional fee. Hive's building has great bones, with high ceilings and skylights making things nice and airy. Lighting design is on point, and we've got great local art to enjoy.
