1. Return all furniture and items to their original positions 2. Remove all personal belongings and decorations 3. Bag all trash and place it in the designated collection area near the top of the steps 4. All food waste must go in the metal trash bins 5. Do not leave loose trash or open containers behind 6. Remove leftover food, drinks, and catering items 7. Report any issues to the property manager 8. Do a final walk-through to ensure nothing is left and all areas are clean 9. The property manager will return to lock up the space Note: A standard cleaning fee is included, but excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
