With an open layout that comfortably accommodates 30 to 55 guests (standing room), this space is perfect for: Birthday parties Graduations Networking mixers Political gatherings Private dinners Speaker nights or discussion forums The space includes a full kitchen for prep and service, as well as a private bathroom for guests. While the space does not come furnished with tables or chairs, its minimalist aesthetic offers a blank canvas that can be customized to fit your event’s needs and vibe. Built-in speakers are available for music or mic use, and the large front window brings in beautiful natural light by day while offering privacy at night. We welcome event hosts who want a clean, well-managed, and open-feeling space to bring their vision to life. The space is cleaned before and after all events. Event host is responsible for cleaning the space before the end of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
