This space has been used as conference room, a bridal or groom suite, and a photo/video studio. The space also supports smaller gatherings for dinners or welcome parties. Ask us about accommodations for overnight stays! The space has been used in conjunction with the Dart Garden which is right across the street.

We make sure our space is clean before renting and we expect our guest to clean up after themselves.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
