🧼 Cleaning Process We take great pride in maintaining a clean and professional space for every guest. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking by our professional cleaning team. High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, counters, and faucets are disinfected using EPA-approved products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and bathrooms and kitchen areas receive detailed attention. Trash bins are emptied and sanitized after each guest. If any furniture or surfaces are used during your booking, we kindly ask that you leave them in the condition you found them. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or misuse. We want you to feel confident and comfortable during your time here—whether you're filming, photographing, or creating.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
