The studio offers a unique combination of natural light, a private terrace, and a spacious, open layout that works perfectly for a variety of creative activities. Layout and Functionality: The main studio space is open and airy, featuring large windows that flood the area with natural light, creating the ideal environment for photography, videography, and filming. The large private terrace adds a unique element to the space, offering a sun-soaked outdoor area for shoots, breaks, or even small gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for use, making it an excellent space for events like chef masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, or small catering services. The bathrooms are modern and clean, offering convenience for all guests. The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people, with the legal capacity allowing up to 50 people in total. Activities & Uses: Content Creation: Ideal for photo and video shoots, modeling , and social media content creation (adult content is also welcome). The space is designed to look great on camera with stylish, clean interiors and plenty of space for setups. Workshops & Classes: A great venue for yoga workshops, business meetings, training sessions, and other small-scale workshops. Private Gatherings: Perfect for hosting small private events, social gatherings, or fashion shows. Creative Projects: Whether you’re recording a podcast, working on a music production, or brainstorming new ideas, the space has all the necessary amenities to facilitate your creative process. Unique Features: Natural Light: Abundant daylight streaming in through large windows, ideal for shoots, meetings, and content creation. Private Terrace: A spacious outdoor area with full sun, perfect for shoots, breaks, or small events. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Great for events like chef masterclasses or small catering. Flexible Setup: The layout is adaptable, allowing for various configurations (the space can be used for meetings, classes, shoots, or any type of gathering). Audio & Visual Equipment: Projector, speakers, and audio interfaces are available for presentations, shoots, or podcasts. Comfortable: 12 chairs are available, with additional seating rentable as needed. Additional Notes: Bed use: Available for photoshoots, but must be confirmed in advance at an additional cleaning cost. Parking: Limited parking in the area, so we recommend using public transportation or local parking facilities. We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. Here’s what you can expect when using the space: Pre-Arrival: The space will be thoroughly cleaned before each booking, including all surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas. We ensure that all equipment, furniture, and amenities are sanitized and in top condition for your use. During Your Booking: We ask that you tidy up after yourselves during your time in the studio. Please take care of any food or drink spills, as well as any equipment you use. We provide cleaning supplies (e.g., disinfectant wipes, paper towels) for your convenience. Post-Booking: After your event or session, please leave the space in the condition it was found. Basic cleaning (like putting chairs back in place, wiping down surfaces, and removing any trash) is expected. If you use the bed for photoshoots, please note that an additional cleaning fee will apply. Additional Cleaning: If any additional cleaning is needed due to extensive use or any damage to the property, we will notify you and discuss any applicable fees. Safety & Hygiene: We provide hand sanitizers throughout the space and clean all high-touch areas before each booking. Additionally, for events requiring larger groups or food preparation, we make sure the space complies with hygiene standards.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
