Cozy and Bright Studio for Rent – Ideal for Yoga, Baby Classes, and Any Kind of Shoe-Free Activities Welcome to our inviting 650 sq. ft. studio space, perfect for yoga classes, baby sessions, and a variety of shoe-free classes or activities. This rectangular studio offers a serene, clean design with soft white and pale yellow walls, complemented by elegant gray flooring and beautiful natural, indirect light (no direct sunlight) that fills the room throughout the day. The space includes a welcoming front desk area, a convenient shoe cubby, and a sound system with music available throughout the studio. Climate-controlled with central heating and air conditioning, it’s comfortable year-round. Located in a prime area with excellent accessibility, the studio is surrounded by fantastic dining options—including a flagship Whole Foods just across the street. There is free 2 hour parking underground and two building elevators. There is one, clean in-unit bathroom. Whether you’re hosting a class, workshop, or private session, this studio offers a calm, professional environment for your clients and community.

We take great pride in our clean space which we maintain with a detailed, daily cleaning regimen including mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and vacuuming. We do not allow shoes or food past the cubbies. Only clear liquids.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
